A conventional baker's wholemeal flour made from strong non-organic wheat. This flour is prized by the Master Baker for its resilience and consistency, and is widely used by commercial bakers throughout the UK.We use 1/3 of this with 2/3 strong white bread flour to make a healthy loaf for the whole family.
