PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
The Wix Stores checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
If you opt in to receive marketing communications from us using the Subscribe Form we collect your email address. We refer to this information at ‘Marketing Information’. Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
We use Instagram and Facebook. We or you may use these platforms to communicate enquiries, information and/or competition prize information via the Direct Message or Messenger functions. We refer to this information at ‘Social Media Information’.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you (i.e. email enquiries, complaints, issues with your order;
Carrying out our obligations arising from any contract entered into by you and us;
Enforcing our terms and conditions;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use the Marketing Information to:
Send you email marketing communications which you have opted in to, these may include (but are not limited to) special offers, newsletters, events and promotions of our products and services
Undertaking research through membership surveys and post-event questionnaires
We use Social Media Information to communicate with you regarding your enquiries and/or competition prize information via the Direct Message or Messenger functions. You can choose to interact with our social media posts on Instagram or Facebook.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
If you remove unsubscribe your Marketing Information we will remove you from our Marketing contact lists within 30 days.
We will delete any Instagram and Facebook Direct Message or Messenger conversations after a period of 12 months.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
