Shopping at Re:Store
Yeah! We can't wait to welcome you to Re:Store Congresbury. Located at the back of Congars Cafe, you can either shop online (check out the info below on how this works) or in-store during our opening hours:

You can bring your own containers to fill or we have can pack into paper bags or our small supply of bottles and jars. And we're happy to take we take card and cash payments. See you soon!
Delivery
If you order online and select ‘deliver’ we will make contact-free deliveries on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays after 4pm. If you have any specific delivery instructions please add these when placing your order.​

Please note we can only deliver to addresses in Congresbury, BS49 5. If you live further away please select 'collect'.
Collect
If you order online and select ‘collect’ we will make up your order for contactless collection from Congars Café, 1 Broad Street, Congresbury. We aim to have your order ready as soon as possible and will send a pick-up ready confirmation email when it is ready to collect:

- If you ordered Sun-Tues your order should be ready to collect after 12pm on Wednesday, however please check for your confirmation email
- For orders made Weds-Sat we will aim for same day collection after 12pm, however please check for your confirmation email

If you are not able to make your collection for any reason please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements.
Urgent Orders
In special circumstances we may be able to accommodate more urgent requests outside of the above days and hours. Please email us at restorecongresbury@gmail.com to discuss this prior to placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to process these requests.
Containers
We are now able to refill your food containers if you bring them along during our opening hours. If you place an order online we will supply food products in recyclable paper bags.
For liquid soaps and cleaning products we can refill your bottles or use our small supply of donated second hand containers (bottles, soap dispensers, jars etc). We have cleaned these thoroughly and you can let us know if you want us to use these for your order in the notes section on the checkout page (subject to availability).
We are following strict health, safety and hygiene standards to keep you safe. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for the condition of your containers before, during or after we have handled them.
