Delicious on their own or in recipes such as salads and especially in chilli! Note: Requires cooking before consumption.
Directions for use: Soak the beans overnight in cold water. After soaking, replace water and bring to a rapid boil in a large pan, for 10 minutes before simmering for approx 45mins or until soft. At this point, they can be frozen in batches with some of the cooking water, or used straight away.
