A great source of protein and fibre, super tasty and versatile.  As well as  a tasty snack on their own cashews are great in salads and stir fries or ground in curries.
 
Pub quiz fact: cashews are technically seeds not nuts.  So we haven't called them 'cashew nuts'.  Because they're not.
