Honestly, we didn't know much about celery salt except that Jo's mum in law swore by the wonders of a cheese, salad cream and celery salt sandwhich!
 
A few customers requested it and so we've found out more uses: try on potato salad, coleslaw, french fries, corn on the cob, popcorn, or add to your Bloody Mary mix.  If you've got a favourite use let us know!
 
Celery seed is the dried seed of the celery plant native to Italy. The seed has a slightly sharp, bitter flavour, reminiscent of the vegetable. Celery Salt is made by mixing crushed seed and salt.
