We get our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar closed-loop* from Ostlers Cider Mill here in Somerset.  Ostlers has been family-owned and run since 1989 and their cider vinegar is a Taste of the West Gold Award Winner.

Our Apple Cider Vinegar is Unfiltered, meaning it contains a substance called ‘Mother’, which consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, and good bacteria that give it a murky appearance.
 
The daily recommended intake of Apple Cider Vinegar is between 15-25ml diluted. It can also be used as a food additive for salad dressings and homemade mayonnaise, adding great flavour to many dishes.
